These Terms govern access to the ThreatGhost website and use of the ThreatGhost SecOps platform. By using our site or participating in early access, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
1. Service description
ThreatGhost provides software for security operations: log ingestion, alert correlation, incident management, SOAR-style response actions, and AI-assisted investigation. Features may change during early access and pilot phases.
2. Early access and pilots
Early access is provided on an evaluation basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We may limit availability, modify features, or end a pilot with reasonable notice. Fees, if any, are defined in your order form or pilot agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt the platform.
- Upload malware or content you lack rights to process.
- Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of data you send to ThreatGhost, including obtaining necessary notices and consents from your personnel and data subjects. You retain ownership of your security data.
5. Intellectual property
ThreatGhost and its licensors own the platform, models, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription or pilot. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
6. Confidentiality
Non-public information shared during pilots shall be treated as confidential by both parties, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public without breach.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during early access. AI-generated outputs assist analysts but do not replace human judgment or professional security advice. We do not guarantee detection of every threat or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros if no fees were paid.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Madrid shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
