Q2: private pilots and early access

Q2 is less about adding random features and more about learning with real SOCs, MSPs, and internal security teams. Early access is a guided pilot — not a self-serve trial with a credit card.

We work with a small group of analysts (typically 2–5 users), often on-premises or in the customer's environment, so telemetry stays under their control. Onboarding covers ingestion, rule tuning, and enabling the AI analyst for daily investigations.

The evaluation window runs 4–8 weeks with direct support from us. Together we review noise reduction, triage time, and whether incident workflows actually improve.
